Upstairs you'll find a master bedroom and bathroom with a TV and firestick, a walk-in closet, sitting area, king size bed, desk, and patio for enjoying the sunset. Summary: Everything worked well, whatever we needed was there and it’s location was close (but not too close) to the freeway for easy access to Ashland for plays as well as Grants Pass, Jacksonville & Central Point for activities we enjoyed. Having a biking/walking trail super close was a much appreciated surprise benefit. Wouldn’t change a thing.

Summary: Location was perfect!!! We flew in fe Hawaii with plans to get shop for freshman dorm. This property was so close to stores and the SOU campus. Perfect for this trip!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the townhome! The rental was super clean and exactly as pictured. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and baths. We found the house to be very quiet, which was very nice, and it felt private. The unit was in the part of Medford where we spent our time, so it was very convenient. The host did a nice job of communicating everything about our stay with us. I recommend the property to anyone who is looking for a clean, well located, quiet rental!

Summary: This is a very nice condo in the heart of Medford. Close to just about everything. The rooms are nice and big and nicely decorated. Kitchen has everything you would want. Washer/dryer worked great! Also, you have access to one car garage which was a definite plus for us. We really enjoyed our stay and Natalie was quick to respond to any questions.
